green dreamer presents
~alchemize~
an experimental 8-week audio-based program of daily creative and imagination practices for those ready to dream otherwise, embody the change, and alchemize for collective transformation
program begins 1/15/24; enrollment open now

behind the concept…
As someone who has engaged with various forms of visualization and creative practices intended to enhance my personal well-being and self-actualization, I started wondering over the last years:
What could this look like if we wanted to alchemize for collective thriving and Earth-actualization?
Green Dreamer has loved publishing intellectual, philosophical, and educational media content over the last five years—sharing over 400 conversations attempting to make sense of these troubled times through all sorts of lenses and angles. We are committed to continuing to do this.
And we have also been curious to conspire other forms of creative production. Called to help disrupt dominant ways of relating to, sensing, and being with the world, we feel that the time is ripe for some playful programming that invites us to sit with the mess while honoring the gifts of what already is and what could be.
After watering our seeds of possibilities, we are thrilled to present ~alchemize~.
With eight weeks of daily guided imagination, embodiment, and multi-sensory prompts and practices led by ~20 visionaries, dreamers, and shapeshifters, this quietly experimental offering was created to enrich our dreaming habits for more life-affirming possibilities. This is an invitation to deepen our self-rootedness, community connectedness, and Earth intimacy; expand our creativity through speculative fantasizing; and alchemize so we may further embody the changes we wish to see.
We welcome you to play and ~alchemize~ with us.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
This is an unconventional offering not intended to provide answers, feed into solutionism, or suggest universalized ways of being. It is a program for those who have already developed an awareness of our multilayered crises and who are ready to engage in collective transformation in more embodied, creative, and experimental ways.
-
In our shapeshifting counter to programs that offer the messaging of "we know the way; follow us,” alchemize exists more along the lines of “we do not know the way, but come play, experiment, and imagine with us.”
As such, this program is not for people who have fixed beliefs about the world, who are not okay with feeling uncomfortable, or who are looking for rigidly defined outcomes. It is not for people seeking top-down guidance for righteous directions of transformation, and it is not for those looking for gurus to follow or resolutions to any form of personal spiritual crises.
Because our prompts and practices are pre-recorded in format, they are not suitable for people looking for a personalized experience.
More akin to interactive guided journaling or creative prompts in audio format, this program is not intended to diagnose, heal, or treat any health concerns. If you have questions about your suitability to participate due to mental health conditions, please see "What if I have mental health concerns?”
-
As an experimental program geared toward enriching creative thinking and being, alchemize is not intended to heal trauma or diagnose or treat any health conditions.
Because the practices and prompts are pre-recorded in format, they are not suitable for people looking for a 1:1 personalized experience, nor are they suitable for people who are in specific places and seasons in their lives that require live support from trauma-informed professionals to aid in redirecting possible negative experiences.
Should you have any concerns about your suitability to participate due to mental health concerns, please consult your personal healthcare professional and consider engaging in these creative exercises only when accompanied by their supervision.
-
Once the program begins, you will start to receive emails with the downloadable files of that day’s prompts and practices. However, you do not have to engage with the program strictly according to our roll-out schedule.
For example, if you have limited access to the internet or do not have the capacity to start with our roll-out dates, you can begin your own “day 1” at a later time and go through the eight weeks’ of material using your own timeline.
By the end of this cohort’s run dates, you will have received all practices that you can download, and you will be able to re-engage with them anytime, at your own pace.
If we add new or bonus offerings for future cohorts, as an alchemize alumnus, you will also be able to request the additions as bonuses.
-
Upon enrollment, you will be invited to submit a form if you would like to be placed into an intimate alchemist circle or partnership. These are dynamic, self-directed, and collectively organized “study groups” intended to support you to move through the program with friendship, accountability, and community.
-
We have created an honor system with sliding-scale tuition so you can pay what you can, but everyone will have the same programming once enrolled.
If you have been offered a discount code as a patron or friend of Green Dreamer, please first select the tier you are financially able to enroll through and then apply your discount at check out.
To inquire about group rates, please email enroll@greendreamer.com with information on your group's name and the number of participants.
If you would like to make payment via PayPal or to request a custom PayPal invoice to pay in 2 installments across 2 months, please email enroll@greendreamer.com with the tier you would like to enroll through.
All payments are secured through STRIPE.
-
If your current financial situation and season in life do not allow you to participate through our general admission sliding scale options, please try this need-based rate ($197). If that still proves to be a barrier to entry, please submit this brief form by January 11th, 2024 to request further discounted enrollment.
If you would like to request a custom PayPal invoice to pay in 2 installments across 2 months, please email enroll@greendreamer.com with the tier you would like to enroll through.

~ alchemize ~ is presented by Green Dreamer in collaboration with our visionary guest contributors.
The offering is conceptualized and creatively produced by host Kamea Chayne and coordinated by Green Dreamer’s researcher/editor Anisa Sima Hawley. Our program advisor is Gabes Torres, our audio editor is Scott Donnell, our program thematic illustration is by Art Twink, and our program practice instrumentals are by Azul Duque.
All proceeds go towards offsetting the cost of producing the program, paying for the labor of our production team, and supporting Green Dreamer's community-powered alternative media endeavors — as we navigate the murky waters and funding challenges of producing publicly available podcasts and media content while remaining untethered to corporate sponsorships.
